OPEN CALL: 2nd International Exhibition of Prints and Artists’ Books “GraficaRi”
About the GraficaRi Project and Competition
The competition exhibition GraficaRi was launched with the goal of promoting the art of printmaking and connecting students and young printmakers from Croatia and abroad. Building on Rijeka’s rich printmaking tradition, the project was initiated by printmakers (Ivana Bajcer, Dajana Radoš, and Sunčana Simichen) in collaboration with the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka.
Who can apply & deadlines
The competition is open to students of art academies and art programs, as well as young artists up to 40 years of age.
The new deadline for online applications and submission of digital artwork photographs has been extended to September 15, 2026.
Accepted artworks
- Works in all traditional printmaking techniques, artist’s books, print installations, and digital prints combined with traditional techniques are accepted.
- Monotypes are not accepted.
- Artworks must not be older than 3 years.
- There are no thematic limitations, and there is no entry fee (participation is free of charge).
