W amerykańskim Nashville zmarł w środę amerykański gitarzysta, autor tekstów i producent muzyczny Steve Cropper – poinformowała rodzina muzyka; miał 84 lata. Grał w zespole rhythm and bluesowym Booker T. & the M.G.'s, a także wystąpił w kultowym filmie "Blues Brothers", w którym zagrał przebój "Soul Man".
