Dear woman!
I warmly invite you to Multicultural Woman Circle. MWC. It’s gonna be an open space for every woman, from Poland and from any other country. Mamas and not mamas. From my experience as a space holder and participant, woman circles are an amazing spaces where the healing is happening through our presense and honesty. My intention is to connect, feel each other and build multicultural bridges. We gonna practise sharing and hearing each other compassionately. We can witness each other in our vulnerability which can be a big medicine already.
It’s gonna be a sharing circle mixed with practisal part. I would love to share with you some practises which can activate your body. That helps to connect with ourselves and helps to share from a deeper place within. We gonna use movement, voice, song, drum, self expression to verbalize our truth.

About space holder:
Karolina Karwan
A facilitator of healthy living and emotional work through the body and tantric practises. A musician by passion, tantric masseuse, filmmaker and photographer.
In recent years, she became a mother. Together with her husband and son, they form the musical @Bototo_trio.
She lived in Java, where she studied Indonesian music – gamelan. She has also lived in India, Thailand, Mexico and Colombia. She graduated from the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava and from the University of Warsaw in Archaeology.
