Erik Danielsson designed the layout based on Timo Ketola‘s iconic cover artwork for the 2004 album’s version paired with the ominous death noise of the original MC version from Harvester Records. The special vinyl master of this album is based on the sole authorised source, and was cut by the same studio who handled the original Sombre Records pressing
